1. How actual delivery and pickup will work?
Once you select your preferred titles from our collection, add them to cart and order. We will confirm your order and initiate delivery. Within 2-3 working days you will receive books and then your plan starts. Then from the following month, when the books are being picked up, new books will be delivered to you.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we share a tracking link via WhatsApp or email.
3. What is your return packaging policy?
Use the same packaging or envelope we send for returns, or any secure packaging – just make sure the books are safe.

As soon as you receive Books at your doorstep, your Subscription plan begins.
8. How long can I keep the books?
No matter which plan you choose, you get to keep the books for 1 full month from the date of delivery—enjoy your reading at your own pace!!

At Bookent we provide you books on rental basis, wherein u can select the plan you want and get books delivered to you.
9. What if I want to exchange books before my plan ends?
Yes, you can exchange your books even before your plan ends! Just let us know, and we’ll arrange a pickup and delivery for your next set of reads.

10. Can I gift a subscription to someone?
Yes, you can! A book subscription makes the perfect gift—it's like sending a new world to someone, one story at a time. Just choose a plan, add their details, and we’ll take care of the rest!!

You can upgrade your plan anytime. Just reach out to us – we’ll guide you through it.
6. Are there any hidden charges?
Nope! What you see is what you pay. There are no hidden delivery, return, or service charges.
11. Is there a referral or loyalty program?
Yes! Refer a friend and get rewards.
On 1-3 successful referrals, the Referee gets 5% off on the next renewal by him/her.
On 4-7 successful referrals, the Referee gets 7.5% off on the next renewal by him/her.
On 8 or plus successful referrals, the Referee gets 10% off on the next renewal by him/her.
This offer is only valid on 6 Months & 12 Months subscription plan.
7. Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, we offer a one-time pause for longer plans (6/12 months). DM us for the process. *The amount won't be refunded, you can resume back within 1 year time.*

12. Are there any late book return charges?
Yes, we will notify you about the pickup schedule prior to pickup date. but if you fail to deliver books you will be charged ₹50 per week per book as compensation fee.
About Books we offer
1. What types of books do you offer?
We offer fiction, non-fiction, self-help, kids’ books, thrillers, romance, and more. There's something for every reader.
6. How many books do I get with each plan?
No matter which plan you choose, you will get 3 books per month upto the specific number of books mentioned in your plan.
2. Can I choose the books I want?
Yes! After choosing your plan, you can pick your preferred titles from our collection, add them to cart and order.
7. What if a book is damaged or lost?
Charges will be applied, based on the book's condition or if it’s lost. We always encourage readers to handle books with care. (Please read the terms and conditions for more details.)
3. Do you rent kids’ books too?
Yes, we rent kids’ books too! We have a wide range of books for all age groups—from toddlers to teens, and even adults!
8.How do I know which books are available in stock ?
All the books shown in our catalogue on our website are available to you. But it may happen that it is not in stock right now as someone has already rented it. In this situation please wait patiently till the book arrive in stock and also fill the request a book form given on our website along with the book's name mentioned. So that we can keep you on top priority for that book as soon as it arrives.
4. What if I receive a damaged book?
Always make a short video during unboxing — it’s for your safety too!! Verify the book titles and condition as soon as you receive them. Inform us as soon as possible and send us the video clip, otherwise it will be considered as your fault.
5. Can I purchase any Book that I want?

9. What if the book I want is not in your collection?
If your preferred book is not in our collection, you can fill the request form and let us know. We will update you about the rest.

1. Do you take book donations?
Yes! If you have good-condition books you'd like to share with other readers, we’d love to accept them. DM us to donate.
3. Can I suggest a book for the collection?
Of course! We love reader input. Suggest away via DM or form on our website.
2. Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
We don’t offer Cash on Delivery at the moment—since every order is made specially for you, we require online payment to keep the process smooth and secure!!
4.Do you provide reading suggestions?
Yes! Share your interests with us, and we’ll recommend books based on your taste.
